Intrepid Wealth to Transition Keystone Cashflow Fund A Investments into New Co-operative Structure

Intrepid Wealth has announced plans to transition investments currently held through Keystone Cashflow Fund A (KCFA) into the newly established Intrepid Wealth Co-operative, following approval of the new investment structure.

The transition forms part of a broader initiative to strengthen governance, improve transparency, and increase member participation, while maintaining access to the investment opportunities currently available to investors. Over time, all investments held within KCFA are expected to move into the co-operative.

Why the Change?

The Intrepid Wealth Co-operative has been established as the primary vehicle for managing and holding investments with Pallas Capital, as well as future investment opportunities.

According to Intrepid Wealth, the co-operative structure is designed to provide:

  • Greater transparency for participants.
  • A member-based structure that encourages engagement and alignment of interests.
  • Enhanced governance and oversight.
  • A long-term framework to support the continued growth of the firm’s investment offerings.

What the Transition Means for Investors

The investment strategy and access to investment opportunities will remain in place. The primary change is the legal structure through which investments are held, moving from Keystone Cashflow Fund A to the Intrepid Wealth Co-operative.

As part of the transition process, investors will receive:

  • A Co-operative Disclosure Document for review.
  • Membership and application documentation where required.
  • Information outlining the transition process and key dates.
  • Opportunities to ask questions before any transfer is completed.

Initial Transition and Product Changes

The monthly cash flow product will be the first investment to transition into the new structure.

Alongside the transition, Intrepid Wealth has advised that the payment structure will change, including an increase in the overall delivery rate. Under the new arrangement, returns will be delivered through a combination of monthly income payments and an annual top-up. Further details will be provided in the Co-operative Disclosure Documents.

Next Steps

No immediate action is required from investors at this stage. Intrepid Wealth will contact investors individually with the relevant documentation and instructions specific to their circumstances.

The firm has acknowledged that changes to an investment structure may raise questions and has indicated that investors will have the opportunity to seek clarification before any transfer is completed.
